What You’ll Do:
As a Machinist on 1st Shift in our Gun Drilling, Deep Hole, and Honing areas, you’ll receive hands-on comprehensive training from experienced mentors on the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of CNC type machines.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Communicate openly with trainers and managers, actively learning and applying feedback
- Set up and operate precision machines
- Monitor machine operations, ensuring top-quality results and making adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Operate forklifts (we’ll train and certify you)
