JOB REQUIREMENTS: Title: Begin Your Career Here - will train! We are
seeking 1st & 2nd Shift Machinists to grow their career in precision
manufacturing. Carlson Tool & Manufacturing is a manufacturing company
serving customers with engineering, plastic injection tooling, drilling,
and machining services. At Carlson, our goal is to act as an extension

achieve it. Primary Responsibilities: Learn how to set up & operate a
variety of equipment to produce precision metal parts. Review part
specifications and requirements. Setup work piece, adjust fixtures, and
manage cutting tools. Inspect workpieces to ensure they meet required
tolerances and specifications. Maintain accurate inspection
documentation using measuring instruments. Run multiple short run jobs a
day with frequent changeovers. Requirements: Willingness to Learn.
Strong work ethic. Work well with others. We are ISO 9001 Certified.
