What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll help manufacture high-quality, precision parts — up to 160″ long and 36″ in diameter — by creating CNC lathe programs using Mazatrol, identifying tooling needs, and maintaining precise inspection records. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail make a real impact. • Weekly pay: Starting at $21 - $33/hr depending on experience 10% shift premium and paid mealtime

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• 3 years of experience operating CNC Lathes is required
• The ability to program using Mazatrol
• Experience with Mastercam is a plus
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in precise measurement and use of micrometers, calipers, and other gauges
• The ability to independently processing precision parts from setup to finish
  
  

A Day In The Life

• Set up, program, and run CNC lathes
• Inspect and document your own work using precision measuring equipment
• Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments
• Operate forklifts (we’ll train and certify you)
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
