In this role, you’ll help manufacture high-quality, precision parts — from smaller chuck work up to 160″ long and 36″ in diameter — by creating CNC lathe programs using Mazatrol, identifying tooling needs, and maintaining precise inspection records. What You’ll Bring To The Table
- Proficiency in operating CNC Lathes - required
- Mazatrol programming skills are a plus
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in precise measurement and use of micrometers, calipers, and other gauges
- The ability to independently process precision parts from setup to finish
- Set up, program, and run Mazak CNC lathes
- Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment
- Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
