Job Summary
- Ability to install various types of siding (vinyl and hardboard)
- Knowledge of window and door installation procedures
- Manage and conduct appropriate repairs on all types of siding
- Small repair jobs and siding maintenance
- Responsible for paperwork, timesheets and ensuring Carlson Exteriors policies are being followed
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) or more years' experience in Residential Roofing
- Working knowledge of Residential siding procedures and safety
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
- Proficient with computers and emailing
- Carpentry experience is a plus.
- A valid state driver's license (in good standing)
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25ft
- Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
