Rental Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic customer focused Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a goal oriented team member, providing exceptional customer service in the rental industry.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with equipment bookings and rentals.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and deliveries of machines.
• Perform data entry tasks to keep records up-to-date.
• provide customer support on phone and in person.
• Support sales efforts by promoting products and services effectively.
• Assist in administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Occasionally deliver small equipment (drivers license required)
• Troubleshoot equipment concerns, provide maintenance support.

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Ability to adapt and handle unexpected situations (customer concerns, equipment troubleshooting, logistics, etc.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.

Basic knowledge of construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, aerial lifts.) will be beneficial. But not required.

Monday thru Friday

NO NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, HOILDAYS.

Pay:$16.00-$20.00 per hour
