The Role
We’re seeking a Driver Supervisor to lead our delivery team at our Hurricane branch. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage and train drivers, optimize routes, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations. Safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are your top priorities. If you’re a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring, problem-solving, and driving operational excellence, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop delivery drivers and helpers.
- Schedule routes, assign tasks, and ensure DOT compliance.
- Audit delivery operations and implement efficiency improvements.
- Maintain fleet safety, cleanliness, and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to exceed customer expectations.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Class A CDL and DOT card.
- Delivery experience with the ability to train and lead others.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (or as needed).
- Physically capable: lifting up to 165 lbs, operating trucks and forklifts.
- Must pass a drug screen and maintain an insurable MVR record.
