About the Role:
As a Swing Shift Selector, you’ll be the backbone of our warehouse operations. Your job will be to ensure accuracy, organization, and efficiency as you load, unload, and rotate products. Salary: 

           Compensation is based off a variable pay scale ranging from $19.71 hourly to $42.50 hourly. Rate will depend on speed and accuracy of product picked. Minimum case requirements in place.   
           Standard overtime applies

Your Work Schedule:

• Shift Hours: 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm, (or until loads are completed) Sunday through Thursday. Enjoy a predictable, consistent schedule so you can plan your life outside of work!

Key Responsibilities:
As a Swing Shift Selector, you’ll have a hands-on role, including:

• Assembling mixed pallet orders for retail delivery
• Loading trucks with precision using hand trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks
• Maintaining warehouse standards and exceeding expectations
• Stocking and rotating inventory efficiently
• Handling beverage containers with care
• Taking on other exciting duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
• Forklift experience? Even better!
• A willingness to pitch in and work overtime when needed
• A great attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Able to use warehouse equipment with manual dexterity
• Frequent walking on hard surfaces, and occasional exposure to varying temperatures (30°F – 100°F)
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
