Carlsbad Jet Center is an FBO that provides exceptional flight support, ground handling services, and travel services to private aircraft and airlines at the McClellan-Palomar Airport. Additionally we provide support to JSX in the form of ground handeling services. Our team works together to provide a great customer experience while conducting safe and efficient operations.

Job Description

This position is a hybrid between hospitality and airport ground handling services.

Daily duties include:

· Baggage handling

· Fueling aircraft

· Towing and repositioning aircraft

· Customer car valet services

· We are a customer facing operation that warrants the strong need for face-to-face interactions on a daily basis.

A qualified candidate would be able to work with high safety standards in a physically demanding role, manage a rapidly changing set of priorities, maintain a high level of professionalism, work with common sense and integrity, function well in a team environment, and would have a can-do attitude.

Minimum Job Qualifications

This position is a full time. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. We are open 365 days/year from 6am-10pm, after hours are also possible with call out phone.

A High School Diploma or GED is required. You must be 18 years of age or older and currently hold a valid driver license in good standing. All employees must pass and continue a mandated random controlled substance testing program through NATA. Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly (consider baggage handling)
