Duties
- Assist with patient intake by collecting comprehensive medical histories and vital signs using EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process.
- Support clinical procedures such as medication administration,
- Manage medical supplies, sterilization processes, and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Medical Assistant in settings such as dermatology clinics, hospital medicine units, urgent care centers, or outpatient clinics.
- Familiarity with EHR systems for documentation of patient encounters and medical records management.
- Hands-on experience with vital signs collection, intake procedures, medication administration, and basic physiology knowledge.
