Child Care Team Member in a Before and After School Program
Pay: Starting at $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 15–29 hours/week
No nights or weekends!

What You'll Do
- Supervise and engage students in hands-on STEAM activities
- Lead games, crafts, music, and outdoor play
- Support homework and positive behavior
- Ensure a safe, welcoming environment
- Communicate with parents and school staff
- Be a positive role model every day
What You'll Need
- 12 units in Child Development or a related field (Psychology, Sociology, Art, Music, Theater, PE...)
- 6 months experience in child care
- DOJ fingerprint/background clearance
- TB test & health screening
- Pediatric CPR/First Aid (recommended)

Qualifications
- Experience in childcare, youth programs, or education roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills for planning and coordinating activities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues calmly and constructively
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to maintain a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for elementary-aged children
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in child development or a related field is a plus
