Job Description
The Front Counter Assistant is responsible for creating a positive, welcoming, and organized experience for every customer—whether in person or on the phone.
This role supports the front office team by helping manage customer interactions, maintaining organization, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is not a sales position. Success in this role comes from strong communication, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling
- Ensure every customer interaction is positive and stress-free
Front Office Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front counter area
- Assist with appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- Help manage customer flow and basic intake processes
Team Support
- Communicate clearly with team members to support workflow
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed
- Help ensure the day runs smoothly and efficiently
