Carlow University is seeking experienced and dedicated nurse practitioner professionals to serve as Adjunct Faculty in our Graduate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program. Adjunct faculty are responsible for teaching graduate-level courses, mentoring FNP students, and contributing to the academic rigor of the program.

- Teach assigned graduate-level FNP courses (didactic and/or clinical) in accordance with the program curriculum and course objectives.
- Develop, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures, learning activities, and assignments.
- Evaluate student performance through timely and constructive feedback on assignments, exams, and clinical evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades.
- Stay current with best practices in FNP clinical practice, education, and relevant accreditation standards.
- Engage in effective communication with students, program director, and department chair.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institution.
- Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current, unrestricted certification and licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience as an FNP.
- Prior teaching experience in a graduate nursing program is preferred.
- Doctoral degree (e.g., DNP, PhD, EdD) from an accredited institution.
