Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of a retail store. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report when stock is low
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Respond to specific cleaning requests from management or staff as needed
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures
