MOBILE AUTO GLASS TECHS — SAME-DAY PAY NO SHOP Greensboro, NC
Experienced Auto Glass Technicians — if you’re tired of shop politics, waiting on parts, or flat hourly pay, read this.
CarLoop Glass is launching mobile auto glass service in the Triad market, and we’re building a small, professional technician network — not a churn-and-burn operation.
This is mobile work only. You install. We handle the calls, parts, routing, and customers.
PAY (PER JOB — PERFORMANCE BASED)really requires an hourly range — actual pay is per completed job.
Windshields
- $85 – Entry tier
- $105 – Proven tech
- $125 – Top tier (quality reviews)
Door Glass (Glass Only)
- $65 – $90 (fast installs, route-friendly)
Rear Glass
- $115 – $135
Window Regulators
- $95 – $125
- $40 – $60 when combined with door glass
Same-day or next-day pay available
Pay increases based on quality, reliability, and customer ratings

WHAT YOU NEED (PLEASE BE HONEST)
- Auto glass installation experience (mobile preferred)
- Your own van/truck & tools
- Valid driver’s license & insurance
- Comfortable installing:
- Windshields
- Door glass
- Rear glass
- Able to use your phone for:
- Photos
- Job updates
ADAS calibration experience is a plus, not required.
