What You’ll Do (and What You’ll Learn)
You’ll master the fundamentals of professional VW service while supporting our shop’s workflow:
- Perform multipoint inspections with video (a core VW standard)
- Record accurate brake pad and tire tread measurements
- Complete oil and filter services efficiently and correctly
- Support our advisors by clearly communicating additional needs
- Identify safety or maintenance concerns that protect our customers
- Learn VW processes, tools, and diagnostics from experienced mentors
- Follow strict dealership & manufacturer safety and quality standards
What We Look For

- Valid driver’s license (manual transmission preferred)
- Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures

- Prior tech school or mechanical experience is a plus
