Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to enhance their shopping experience
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and manage inventory levels to maintain an organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication and prompt assistance
- Assist with supervising store activities when needed, including overseeing team members during busy periods and supporting training efforts

- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments with strong knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations
