We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee Forest Oaks Apartments. Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in affordable housing.
Summary of Position:
- Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments
- Resident certifying
- Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails
- Completing all lease paperwork
- Completing and processing applications
- Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents
- Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements.
- Upkeep the office and clubhouse
- Rent collections
- Processing invoices
- Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Requirements:
- Good organizational skills
- Good verbal and written skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Must have reliable transportation
