What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Ensemble Director position at Carlisle High School?
Postition: Front Ensemble Director
- Oversees operations of the front ensemble
- Marimba, Vibraphone, Drum Set, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Synthesizer
- Oversees balancing sound in the front ensemble and including sound samples to be played throughout the show
- Must program them into our sound board and synthesizer
- Places students in parts as the front ensemble director best sees fit
- Runs sectional rehearsals for front ensemble and will sometimes run full rehearsals
- Listens to judge tapes and makes adjustments based on their feedback
Requirements: Act 24 Arrest/Conviction Certification; Act 34 Criminal Clearance; Act 151 Child Line Clearance; Act 114 FBI Fingerprinting Security Clearances; Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release and SafeSchools Training
