Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative in our Ontario market.

Job Summary:

This job will be responsible for promoting Henry Building Envelope Systems to consultants, contractors, and distributors in the form of technical seminars, sales calls and technical support in the selection and application of our roofing, air barriers and waterproofing systems. This role will be responsible for the GTA and Southwest Ontario and will track projects from the specification stage through to installation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact on behalf of Henry for the contracting, distribution, and design communities.
  • Generate and follow through on all new leads and referrals presented from internal and external sources.
  • Coordinate and communicate critical information between customers and the Company regarding shipping, schedules, forecasts, quality, technical issues, pricing, and other miscellaneous issues.
  • Manage the authorized Henry Company Distributors which includes making frequent stops at key branch location and the responsibility to train distributor personal.
  • Responsible for actively recruiting and training potential new authorized contractors in the territory.
  • Track projects from the design phase through the close of sale for Henry Company using Salesforce and Construct Connect Reports.
  • Reports and manages Market report / project tracking updates to the Territory Manager.
  • Focus on waterproofing, air barriers and traffic coatings in the GTA and Southwest Ontario market
  • Act in accordance with company policies and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong building technology and construction background, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, as well as other web-based applications such as customer relations management systems.
  • Must have a valid drivers' license and possess the ability to travel as needed by vehicle
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including a high level of effective presentation skills to individuals and groups.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and to foster strong customer relationships.
  • Experience and accreditation in an associated discipline is an asset.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline/experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful technical service experience
  • Successful management of small and large accounts required.
