Position Summary:
The Patient Access Rep greets and interviews incoming patients or representatives and enters information required for admission into the computer.
Department: Patient Access
Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Non-Exempt, Days, Rotating Weekends
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; or minimum 3 months related experience
Market Range: $16.00 - $25.00 / Hour
Competencies and Skills: Assist with front desk tasks, Customer Service oriented, computer skills, ability to learn various software programs.
