Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Attorney At Law, based in Florham Park, NJ, with some flexibility to work remotely. The Attorney will provide expert legal advice, handle cases related to real estate tax appeals, redevelopment and eminent domain. The role involves conducting legal research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality legal services.
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge in Law, with experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Strong ability to provide sound Legal Advice to clients while handling complex cases
- Proven skills in Legal Research and the ability to analyze and interpret complex information
- Demonstrated expertise in Negotiation, with a successful track record of handling matters effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey; admission to the New York Bar is a plus
- Experience in real estate or business law is highly desirable
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in both office and remote environments
