This position carries the exciting challenge of creating every cake sold in our store. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to crafting cakes that are as visually appealing as they are delicious.
Duties
- Bake and Decorate Cakes.
- Use scales and printer, understand tare weight.
- Use and sharpen meat/cheese slicer.
- Use chicken fryer, monitor grease.
- Make meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
- Understand portion control
- Monitor food temperature requirements.
- Operate oven, proof box.
- Keep sales area full, and rotated.
- Clean and sanitized area.
- Work in refrigerated areas.
- Maintain Carlie C's Uniform Standards
- Any and all other daily operational duties as directed by Deli/Bakery Manager.
- Must be 18 years of age, friendly and outgoing.
- Neat and clean in appearance.
- Must enjoy working with the public.
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, 30lbs.
- Experience a plus
