About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our foundry team. This role is critical to keeping our equipment and facility running efficiently by performing mechanical maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds on a wide range of industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on foundry production equipment and facility systems
- Rebuild hydraulic cylinders, gearboxes, conveyors, and other industrial machinery
- Troubleshoot and maintain molding machines, core machines, robotics, and support equipment
- Install and replace hydraulic hoses, airlines, gas lines, and transport systems
- Complete welding and fabrication work as needed
- Maintain facility systems including rooftop units, industrial fans, doors, and ventilation systems
- Read and follow maintenance procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines
- Inspect equipment, identify issues, and perform corrective maintenance
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Support continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment reliability and uptime
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (foundry or manufacturing preferred)
- Experience with: mechanical systems, welding & fabrication, hydraulics & pneumatics, basic electrical systems, HVAC (preferred), Class 5 Boiler License is a plus, ability to read and follow technical procedures and instructions, must have your own maintenance tools, and strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Exposure to heat, dust, noise, vibration, and moving machinery
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion
- Use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and metatarsal boots
Salary: We offer TOP PAY for experience $26.09 to $31.21 per hour, depending on qualifications
Hours: We have two shifts- 1st 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and 2nd 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm plus $1.00 shift differential
