KEY TASKS
• Understand and follow work instructions and control plan
• Perform change overs on the cut lines.
• Perform set-up and parameter checks
• Assist with key tasks during changeovers.
• Perform quality checks and input data into the Quality System to keep the process nominal, input GMaP’s data when required
• Assist the Print Room Operator in c/o’s, screen changes, etc.
• Maintain an organized clean work environment 5S
• Perform other departmental task when directed by supervision
• Understands required PPE, location and purpose of all lockouts and e-stops
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment keeping the process running
• Excellent trouble shooting skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to set priorities and goals
• Leads by strong work ethic and good attendance record
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, attitude, and decision making skills
• Ability to perform the duties listed on the Intermediate Pay for Skills sign off sheet.
Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license required for business travel
• Regular and predictable attendance required
• Cooperate within teams to carry out tasks and responsibilities
• Overtime may be required as work load or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays
