Your impact
- Lead RCFA to eliminate repeat failures and implement corrective actions.
- Create and execute reliability analysis methods for components and equipment.
- Audit PM program execution, measure effectiveness, and close gaps.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to foster proactive maintenance.
- Mine downtime databases to detect trends and premature failure modes; act and track outcomes.
- Engineer equipment changes that boost reliability, productivity, efficiency, and quality yield.
- Join daily meetings to accelerate continuous improvement and hit productivity goals.
Must-haves
- Associate degree with relevant education (required); Bachelor’s in Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
- 3 years of engineering or closely related technical experience
- Experience with AC and DC variable speed drives
- Experience with low and high voltage AC/DC circuits
- Advanced/intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Hands-on problem solving with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Inventory 3D applications
- Regular and predictable attendance; strong team collaboration
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Fanuc robots and robotic cells
- Familiarity with PFMEA, RCFA, Pareto analysis, 5Y, %s, SPC, CMS, and standardized work instructions
- Experience with HVAC systems and regulatory compliance
