You keep equipment running smoothly and safely, partner with teammates to hit output targets, and never lose sight of quality.
A Day in the Life
- Assemble automotive components precisely according to written specifications and work instructions.
- Operate and care for manufacturing equipment while following all safety procedures.
- Coordinate with your team to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
- Perform in-process quality checks so every unit meets standards.
- Document your work accurately and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
- Support onboarding by helping train new team members on assembly steps and safety practices.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated mechanical assembly abilities.
- Background in a manufacturing environment; exposure to automotive manufacturing systems is preferred.
- Clear, professional communication (verbal and written).
