Dietary Tray Line - 6-230p

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures that meals served to residents are of the highest quality in appearance, temperature, and garnish.
• Ensures that steam tables are at the proper temperature prior to meal service
• Prepares trayline menus and organizes them according to truck order prior to meal service
• Organizes desserts, salads, and cold food for trayline as scheduled 
• Assists with trayline operation as scheduled, assuring that food is of the highest quality and served at the proper temperature.
• Follows and promotes adherence to health, safety and sanitation regulations
• Assists with department’s quality assurance
• Applies “5 Star” customer service approach to all aspects of job.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
• Reports to the appropriate managers any known or suspected violations of policy and procedures, regulations, or standards of conduct.
• Attends required in-services and training.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
