Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $30.39per hour - $52.27per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. The Ambulatory Nurse utilizes a systematic approach to nursing by incorporating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing. Provides healthcare to individuals, families, and communities within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing.
Main focus of the Medicare Wellness nurse will be to complete Medicare Annual Wellness visits with eligible patients; in addition, help with clinic nursing responsibilities as defined or needed.
License/Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)
IL RN license
Education:
College Diploma: Nursing (Required)
