Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $37.64per hour - $64.74per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. The Project Manager's role is the overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project. Through contacts with general contractors, architects, engineers, and code officials, the employee will be involved with all phases of design and construction management including user programming, design, construction, close-out/evaluation, and budget reporting.
Responsibilities: Assists director/manager by meeting with users to conduct space programming and develop designsActs as a liaison between architects, engineers, vendors, maintenance staff, code officials, and contractors as neededAssists director/manager in developing project estimates and scope, using resources of architects, engineers, and contractorsAssists with the selection of labor for project completion by matching skills to available engineering staff and contractorsAssists director/manager with the specification of systems: site specs,electrical, telecommunication, cabinets, walls, floor finishes, lighting, plumbing, computer, furniture, wall finishes, door hardware, and medical gasesAssists director/manager by acting as a resource in the preparation of drawings and building specifications as required to support projects Qualifications:Certifications: Driver's License - Illinois Secretary of State (ILSOS), Education: Bachelor's Degree or construction experience in lieu of degree.
