JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Supervises, trains, coaches and directs claims adjusters as they resolve claims. Collaborates with other members of the management team. Responsible for ensuring claim quality and desired outcome is achieved through consistent oversight of claims.
Essential Functions

- Train and guide claim adjusters to achieve Carl Warren claim handling standards.
- Monitors customer service in order to recognize and resolve issues.
- Promotes claim adjuster’s development and engagement.
- Monitors claim handling by auditing/reviewing files and directing claim adjusters toward appropriate file resolution.
- Travel may be required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise agreed upon.
Required Education and Experience
- Five or more years of experience handling Property & Casualty claims
- Three or more years of experience training, leading and supervising the work of others, required.
- Litigation management experience preferred.
- College degree preferred.
- Insurance designation preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills with team orientation.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Obtain and maintain adjuster licenses in state where required.
Salary up to $90k
