Position Overview:
You’ll be the first point of contact for our online customers—answering inquiries, managing listings, and turning conversations into sales through chat and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to internet sales inquiries
- Post and update product listings
- Engage with customers via chat, email, and messaging
- Build rapport and confidently convert leads into sales
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using online platforms and chat tools
- Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Retail and/or furniture experience is a plus
