Position Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Counter Sales & Service Advisor. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll help customers with parts, equipment sales, and service check-ins.
Unlike many dealerships, our counter staff is cross-trained—this is a hands-on, learn-everything role.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts lookup and sales
- Sell outdoor power equipment (mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, etc.)
- Write up and check in equipment for service
- Answer phones and support walk-in customers
- Work efficiently in a team environment
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication with both homeowners and contractors
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, parts lookup, etc.)
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Prior experience in power equipment, automotive parts, or construction supply strongly preferred
Training
- On-the-job training provided
Pay & Benefits
- $21–$26/hour depending on experience
