Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at the sales counter and over the phone
- Achieve and drive sales through strong product knowledge and excellent service
- Research parts availability, pricing, and alternative options when needed
- Manage inventory levels, as well as ordering product
- Maintain organized displays and assist in stocking merchandise
- Utilize automotive knowledge to provide recommendations to customers
- Make occasional local deliveries as needed
Qualifications
- Experience with automotive, heavy truck, equipment, and auto body industries required
- Ability to identify parts using catalogs, diagrams, and computer lookup systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn independently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices
- Valid driver's license

Schedule
- Store hours are Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM, Saturday 8AM-12PM
- Full and Part time hours available
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
