Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

Property and casualty license preferred or willing to obtain

Life and health license preferred or willing to obtain

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing

Meet with clients to assess insurance needs and financial goals

Explain coverage options clearly (auto, home, life, health, commercial, etc.)

Provide quotes and recommend appropriate policies

Complete applications and ensure accurate documentation

Maintain client relationships and conduct regular policy reviews

Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and basic claims support

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
