This role offers substantial courtroom exposure, close collaboration with Attorney Carl Lamb, and a clear path to partnership within 3–5 years (or less) based on performance and commitment.​

Located at 1101 West 2nd Street, Bloomington, Indiana, the firm maintains a broad practice that includes civil litigation, criminal defense, family law, business matters, and related areas. The practice emphasizes client-focused advocacy, practical problem-solving, and long-term relationships built over more than four decades.​

• Handle a mixed civil and criminal caseload under the mentorship of an experienced trial attorney.​
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare cases for hearings and trial.​
• Appear in court, negotiate with opposing counsel, and participate in client meetings and strategy sessions.​

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana (required).​
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with readiness to appear in court.​
• Professionalism, reliability, and a client-centered approach, with interest in long-term growth and partnership.​

• Direct mentorship from Attorney Carl Lamb and meaningful responsibility from the outset.​
