Bilingual Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Carl Ferraro State Farm is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Woodside, NY to join a supportive, professional office. We invest in our team through training, ongoing development, and a work environment built around collaboration and growth. Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct policy reviews, follow up on claims, and proactively reach out for renewals and service updates
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
• Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license

Pay range: $52,000-$60,000 per year
