Hiring Business Analyst - Must have P&C experience | Boston, MA | F2F interview | W2

Location: Boston, MA 4 days/week onsite (or Woodbridge,NJ)

Duration: 12 months contract

Must F2F interview

***Must have strong P&C insurance experience

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.

15 years of software development including Business Analysis experience on projects where Information Technology was a primary component

10 years of Business Analysis Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.

Detailed understanding of Policy Admin, eCommerce, Billing, Claims and financial applications along with understanding of various third party integrations like LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, CLUE etc. is a must.

Experience with Web Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc. is a must.

Excellent understanding of Web Service and APIs and familiarity with SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, JSON etc. along with tools like Postman, REST API and SOAP UI etc. is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to apply disciplined and rigorous approaches to analysis that include object and entity-relationship modeling, state-transition diagramming, and related approaches to custom developed application.

Demonstrated ability to support digital capabilities (e.g., development of interactive web-based applications).

Excellent communication, presentation and, interpersonal skills

Strong analytical capability; ability to think strategically, solve problems and recommend approaches and solutions

Data Management experience, database knowledge preferred, and experience with MS SQL

Project Management or related certifications preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project) strong emphasis on MS Visio (wireframes and workflows)

INS and CPCU certifications are highly desirable.

IIBA - CBAP and AAC Certification a plus.
