Carisbrook Partners are working with a prestigious global hedge fund looking to expand their Operations team in New York. Renowned for its collaborative culture and investment in technology, the firm offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, front office-facing environment alongside some of the industry's leading investment professionals.
In this role, you will sit at the heart of the trading business, partnering closely with Portfolio Managers and key stakeholders to support the firm's day-to-day trading activity with a primary focus on Equities. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the investment platform, working across the full post-trade process while collaborating with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve complex issues, strengthen operational controls and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in an Operations, Middle Office or Trade Support role gained within a hedge fund, investment bank or fund administrator. You will need to have a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, with experience supporting Equities or a multi-asset trading environment.
