Caring World and Health Services, located in North Brunswick, NJ, is looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant (20 hours/week, M-F, 9AM-1PM)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Duties
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Provide excellent customer support and assist with inquiries
- Utilize computer skills for various office tasks
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer literacy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience as a Medacal Receptionist or in a similar role is advantageous
- Ability to type efficiently
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
