WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Get ready for a job with plenty of variety! As a Transition Services Team Member, you'll help:

• Pack It Up! Carefully pack, unpack, and organize household belongings.

• Make Moving Day Better! Help clients relocate and turn their new space into a comfortable, welcoming home.

• Discover Hidden Treasures! Sort, photograph, organize, and prepare household items and collectibles for online estate auctions.

• Create Order Out of Chaos! Help clients downsize, declutter, and make decisions about their belongings.

• Roll Up Your Sleeves! Move furniture, load and unload vehicles, and help clear out homes.

• Make Every Project Shine! Keep workspaces organized, protect clients' belongings, and help projects stay on schedule.

• Be a Team Player! Work alongside a supportive crew to accomplish big things together.

Bonus Points! Experience in moving, packing, organizing, estate sales, online auctions, retail, caregiving, home staging, or similar work is a plus.

No experience in our industry? No problem! We're happy to train the right person who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

THE DETAILS

• Position: Part-Time, Project-Based

• Schedule: Hours vary based on project needs

• Availability: Daytime weekday availability is especially important

• Location: Clients' homes and project sites throughout the Kansas City Metro area

• Transportation: Reliable transportation is required

• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform active, hands-on work, including lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and moving household items
