Team Member - Move Specialist - Packing, Unpacking, Sorting

We are a local family-owned and operated company seeking an Operations Manager in Bonita Springs and Central Naples. We specialize in downsizing, senior relocation services, clean outs and online auctions. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to provide a valuable service to those in your community! Job description (including, but not limited to):

• Manage our cleanout, auction and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies management
• Client management through the move, cleanout and auction  process
• Provide quality control and training of team members
• Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home
• Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold
• Safely pack and unpack goods
• Delivery to thrift stores and disposal of unwanted items
• And more, no 2 days are alike!
• Start hourly based on experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Physically Move home furniture and tangible personal property
• Physically throw items into dumpsters. 
• Pack, and or unpack boxes
• Communicates positively with clients, peers, and Managers
•  Provides exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack/unpack, and stage/resettle client household items
•  Other duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications & Skills:
 Outstanding customer service skills

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
 Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
 Ability to follow instructions or direction
 Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Physical/Environmental Requirements:
 Frequent walking and/or standing, bending and stooping
 Stamina to lift items (up to 40 lbs) frequently as needed
 Ability to lift heavy items up to 60 lbs(if necessary) from time-to-time
