We are a growing Caring Transitions business helping families through major life transitions—downsizing, estate liquidation, and senior relocations. This is hands-on work, but it also requires strong judgment, organization, and professionalism.
This is not a typical labor role. Our team members are trusted to work inside clients’ homes, make decisions about personal property, and represent our company with care and confidence.
What You’ll Do:
- Organize and sort household contents with attention to value and detail
- Photograph and list items for online auctions
- Assist in managing auction pickup days and client interactions
- Support senior relocation projects (packing, setup, resettling)
- Ensure homes are left clean, organized, and client-ready
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in dynamic environments
- Good judgment when handling personal property and client situations
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, apps, and communication
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently without constant supervision
- Physically capable of moving items, bending, and being on your feet throughout the day
