Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee and guide our moving and cleanout team in the execution of projects and initiatives. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage resources, ensure high-quality outcomes, and foster a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to drive team performance and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing team on senior relocations in Erie and Niagara Counties
- Moving, clean outs and donation drop off runs
- May also assist with estate sale set up and pick up
- Safely lift, move, and transport furniture, boxes, and household items
- Load and unload moving trucks with care and efficiency
- Assist with home transitions, packing, and setup as needed
- Work respectfully in clients’ homes
- Communicate with team and leadership about upcoming and current jobs
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- Comfortable working on your feet and in a team environment
- Prior moving or labor experience is a plus
- Drivers license and reliable transportation
- Competitive hourly pay, rates start based on experience starting at $28 an hour
- Flexible scheduling, knowledge of your schedule 2 weeks out
