We support families during major life transitions including downsizing, relocation, and estate settlement with compassion, discretion, and structure.
Our specialty is online estate auctions powered by CTBids, featuring a competitive $1 starting bid model designed to generate strong bidder engagement and maximize value for our clients. In addition to online auctions, we provide in-person estate sales, private furniture sales, organized liquidation services, and coordinated final cleanouts.

Role Description:
This part-time position of Online Auction Specialist & Estate Sale Associate is based in Marlboro, NJ and requires on-site work in homes throughout Central New Jersey (local travel required).
This is a hands-on role that combines research, photography, organization, and customer service. You will work inside clients’ homes to sort belongings, identify marketable items, prepare lots for online auctions, and assist during in-person estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Estate Liquidation & Home Sorting
- Carefully sort items into categories: sell, donate, recycle, dispose, or relocate
- Work throughout homes including garages, sheds, attics, and storage areas
- Maintain professionalism and compassion while working with older adults and families
- Note: Heavy lifting is handled by professional movers.
Online Estate Auction (CTBids) Support
- Sort, stage, and organize estate items for online auctions
- Research antiques, collectibles, and household goods
- Write accurate auction titles and descriptions using the “4 M’s”:
- Measurements
- Material
- Movement (if applicable)
- Markings
- Photograph items clearly and consistently to highlight their features
- Upload photos and support inventory tracking using auction apps
In-Person Estate Sale Support
- Set up tables, displays, and signage
- Assist customers during sale hours
- Answer basic questions and help locate items
- Process transactions using point-of-sale systems
