Primary Responsibilities:
- Sort, organize, and pack household goods for moving or sale
- Research items to determine fair market value
- Safely pack and unpack belongings
- Move supplies and boxes within client residences
- Stage and prepare homes for sale
- Take pictures of items for auction
- Interact courteously with clients, their families, and colleagues
- Lift boxes, décor, and occasional furniture as necessary
- Manage client projects, communicating effectively with both clients and team members
- Adapt to varied daily tasks as each project differs
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move furniture as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Capability to stand and work for prolonged periods
- Access to a computer for scheduling, timekeeping, and project management applications
- Available to work 3–4 days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Previous experience in staff supervision, working with older adults, and demonstrating compassion
