• Starting pay rate is at $20.00/hour while learning our processes, systems, and job responsibilities; changing to $25.00/hour upon demonstrating the ability to preform the Team Lead role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a project-based, hands-on leadership position. The Team Lead will help train, supervise, and support team members while working closely with the Manager to successfully complete each project. Responsibilities include planning and executing downsizing, relocation, cleanout, and online estate sale projects while ensuring company standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.

• Create a welcoming and warm work environment, demonstrate a drive for results, and going above and beyond in service of the client with minimal supervision 
• Lead the Team in the organizing and sorting of household items for distribution, liquidation, donation, resettle and move
• Maintain high packing standards to ensure clients’ belongings are handled carefully and arrive safely at their final destination
• Lead the team and assist with the safe and efficient loading of our moving truck
• The accurate and immediate reporting of all incidents and/or accidents to the Manager  
• Monitor/reinforce safety procedures, assisting in maximizing sales and profit goals while leading by example 
• Works with and supports the Manager to ensure projects are run with precision and efficiency from start to finish 
• Report daily progress to Manager at the end of each workday 
• Perform other responsibilities as needed to support our clients, team, and projects

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, direct, and support a team in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt when unexpected situations arise
• Strong customer service, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, professional, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Compassionate and respectful when working with clients and their families during times of transition
• Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work alongside the team

Physical & Transportation Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs., as well as move, transport, place, and remove household items for relocation, estate sales, donation, and resettling
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally climb stairs while working in a variety of indoor, outdoor, and weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from client job sites and our warehouse in Denver’s Central Park area
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely drive a 15-foot box truck (no CDL required)

Salary : $20 - $25
