Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Franchise Business Coaching to lead and develop our team of Franchise Business Coaches. This role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance coaching culture that drives franchisee success and aligns with our brand standards. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, skilled in coaching, training development, and cross-functional collaboration, committed to exceeding expectations with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract, coach, develop, and retain Franchise Business Coaches while establishing a strong performance management culture.
- Foster a culture focused on exceeding coaching expectations and maintaining high integrity.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and share accountability for key metrics and performance; define and measure the coaching process to develop benchmarks for growth.
- Serve as an active member of the management team by participating in company meetings and contributing to strategic business development.
- Conduct franchise field visits as applicable or upon request to support franchisee success and gather insights.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the New Owner Training program, ensuring curriculum, delivery, and follow-up coaching align with brand standards and drive early-stage franchisee success.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of all training programs for new and existing franchise owners, including in-person workshops, virtual cohorts, and self-paced learning modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with new initiatives, system updates, branding changes, and technology releases.
- Facilitate training sessions and coaching workshops of varying sizes and formats with confidence and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in coaching, training development, and leadership within a franchise or similar business environment.
- Strong ability to attract, develop, and retain high-performing coaching talent.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, comfortable leading workshops and training sessions both in-person and virtually.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of high integrity and exceed coaching expectations.
- Experience working collaboratively with leadership teams and cross-functional departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define, measure, and improve coaching processes and performance metrics.
- Willingness and ability to conduct franchise field visits as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs and initiatives simultaneously.
Office hours are 40 per week – may require additional hours including evening and weekends depending on business needs
