Caring Transitions of Parsippany is looking for a Business Development Representative with experience in assisted living, memory care, and senior services to help expand our local network. If you're a people-person, passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, and have a background in building relationships within this community, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with local assisted living, memory care facilities, real estate professionals, and family-law attorneys.
- Promote our services and grow a referral network to support seniors during their transitions.
- Represent Caring Transitions at local events and meetings to increase brand awareness.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in the senior services community (assisted living, memory care, etc.) preferred, but we’re open to motivated candidates willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Organized, results-driven, and familiar with CRM tools.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
