At Caring Transitions of Central Az, we help seniors and their families through life’s challenging transitions with compassionate relocation, downsizing, and estate sale services.
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Project Lead to join our team. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact while earning extra income with a flexible schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a small team (1–4 people) at client job sites
Plan, organize, and execute tasks while mentoring team members
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and budgeted labor hours
Handle sorting, organizing, packing/unpacking, estate sale setup, auction support, and donation/hauling coordination
Communicate effectively with clients, team, and management
Report incidents, manage team concerns, and submit payroll hours timely
Job Site Activities may include packing, unpacking, online auctions, loading/unloading, house clean outs.
Qualifications:
4 years professional work experience
2 years supervisory experience
Available most weekdays and occasional Saturdays, 8am–3pm
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk stairs easily
Valid driver’s license and reliable car required
Comfortable working in cluttered, dusty environments and varying weather
Must have a computer and smartphone for scheduling and project apps
